Easton Pacific helps streamline projects in the most time-efficient and cost-effective manner to ensure the property opens on time and on budget.  Our Architecture and Construction team provides expert guidance through all stages of development, from feasibility through opening. 


Consisting of licensed architects, engineers and designers, the team reviews and approves all architecture, engineering and interior design plans and specifications throughout the process.  Model rooms are also reviewed and approved.  Once construction is under way, our teams of professionals perform inspections of the construction site and participate in the turnover/acceptance process.


New Construction & Transitions

Our project team works on the project design to ensure that the plan is efficient from an operating perspective to meet owner and brand expectations.  We can also assist developers during the hotel's development and construction period to set up the following areas:  Operations, Food and Beverage, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, and Information Technology. 


Our Project Manager works directly with the developer and is the primary Easton Pacific contact as the project advances toward pre-opening activities.  Our project team assists the owner in managing and administering the pre-opening sales office, marketing, and public relations efforts, and sales staff selection to maximize market share premiums upon opening.
